End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Solukus.com a Division of Abideh.com inc.

By accessing and using our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all our terms and policies. Your agreement extends to all the "policies and terms" provided in this page and the listed links below, whether they are in written form or conveyed orally. If you do not consent to any part of these policies and terms, we kindly request that you refrain from using our site and purchasing our products. This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Solukus.com, a division of Abideh.com Inc. (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") governing the use of software and services provided on the solukus.com website. By accessing or using our software or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our software or services.

1. License Grant:

a) We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this EULA.

b) This license does not grant you any rights to ownership or intellectual property associated with the software.

2. Restrictions:

a) You shall not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on our software.

b) You shall not remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings from the software.

3. Intellectual Property:

a) All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, related to the software and services provided on solukus.com, are owned by Abideh.com Inc.

b) You shall not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

4. Limitations of Liability:

a) We make no warranties or representations regarding the functionality, accuracy, or reliability of the software or services.

b) In no event shall we be liable for any damages or losses arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our software or services.

5. Termination:

a) We reserve the right to terminate this license at any time, without notice, for any reason, or no reason.

b) Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the software and services and delete any copies in your possession.

6. Governing Law:

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from or relating to this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

7. Entire Agreement:

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Solukus.com, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
