Tony Wong is the Senior Vice President, Governance, Legal and Compliance, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of OLG, which is the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation. According to his official bio¹, he is responsible for providing legal and compliance support that enables OLG business and functional areas to achieve their strategies within established legal frameworks. He also oversees Board Governance, including board policies and procedures, and other requirements related to board fiduciary duties. He provides strategic advice to OLG’s Board of Directors and executive leadership team on all critical legal matters which have the potential of resulting in reputational, legal or financial risk to OLG.

Tony Wong has extensive expertise and experience in the areas of litigation, contract, tort, privacy and administrative law, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining OLG, Tony was a partner at the Toronto law firm of Blake, Cassels and Graydon LLP and regularly appeared as counsel at all levels of court in Ontario. Tony earned a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario¹.
