Joseph Bisceglia is a Board Member of OLG, which is the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation. He has more than 50 years of experience practicing law, both as a trial lawyer and as a specialist in civil litigation. He is also the President and Managing Director of ITCAN (Sault) Holdings Limited, which owns and operates two hotels in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario¹.

Joseph Bisceglia was appointed to the Board of Directors of OLG in 2018 by the Lieutenant Governor in Council. He is responsible for ensuring that OLG's management is helping OLG achieve optimal performance and increasing shareholder value. He also provides strategic advice to OLG's Board of Directors and executive leadership team on all critical legal matters².

Joseph Bisceglia earned a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario. Prior to joining OLG, he was a partner at the Toronto law firm of Blake, Cassels and Graydon LLP and regularly appeared as counsel at all levels of court in Ontario. He also founded his own law firm, Bisceglia Dumanski & Johnson, where he practiced for over 20 years³.

Joseph Bisceglia's community involvement includes serving as Chair of the Economic Development Corporation for Sault Ste. Marie, where he helped attract new businesses and investments to the city. He also served as a Director of the Sault Area Hospital Foundation and the Algoma University Foundation³.
