Advertising Terms and Conditions for Solukus.com a Division of Abideh.com inc.

By accessing and using our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all our terms and policies. Your agreement extends to all the "policies and terms" provided in this page and the listed links below, whether they are in written form or conveyed orally. If you do not consent to any part of these policies and terms, we kindly request that you refrain from using our site and purchasing our products. It is your responsibility to review and fully comprehend these policies and terms before utilizing our site.

1 . Agreement for Advertising Use on Solukus.com

1.1 This Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into between Solukus.com (operated by Abideh.com Inc.), hereinafter referred to as "Solukus.com," and [The online purchaser of Solukus.com products, the representative of the customer intent to advertise, user and/or Customer], hereinafter referred to as the "Customer.

2. Advertising Compliance

2.1 The Customer agrees that all advertising content provided complies with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. The Customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the content does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

3. Advertising Grant of Permission

3.1 By advertising with Solukus.com, the advertiser ("Customer") grants Solukus.com permission to feature their name, business name, products, images, and other related content provided for the specific purpose of advertising and promoting the Customer's business and services on our platform.

4. Advertising Indemnification

4.1 The Customer shall indemnify and hold Solukus.com harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the advertising content in accordance with this agreement. The Customer shall be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by Solukus.com in defending against such claims.

5. Advertising Intellectual Property

5.1 Solukus.com acknowledges that the advertising content created by the Customer is the intellectual property of the Customer. However, the Customer grants Solukus.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the advertising content solely for the purpose of promoting the Customer's business on our platform.

6. Advertising Limited Use

6.1 The permission granted to Solukus.com for advertising the Customer's content is limited to the specific purpose and context described in this agreement. Solukus.com will not use the advertising content for any other purpose without the express written consent of the Customer.

7. Advertising Representation and Warranties

7.1 The Customer represents and warrants that they have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and provide the advertising content to Solukus.com for the purpose of advertising. The Customer further represents that the advertising content is accurate, truthful, and does not contain any misleading or deceptive information.

8. Advertising Revocable License

8.2 Both Solukus.com and the Customer reserve the right to terminate the advertising agreement at any time. If the Customer wishes to revoke permission to use their advertising content, they must provide written notice to Solukus.com, and Solukus.com will promptly remove the content from our platform.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 This Advertising section shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from this section shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

10.1 Solukus.com agrees to comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws, and the Customer ensures that any content provided for advertising purposes and the licenses required for such are truthful and within the scope of this Agreement. If the Customer fails to comply with these obligations, they shall be responsible for all resulting damages.

11. Termination

11.1 Either party may terminate the advertising agreement upon written notice if the other party fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein. Upon termination, Solukus.com shall promptly cease using the Customer's advertising content, and the Customer acknowledges that Solukus.com is not responsible for any ongoing advertising services beyond the termination date.

12. Commercial and Non-Commercial Use

12.1 The Customer agrees to compensate Solukus.com for promoting their products, business name, contact details, and using the content provided for advertising and promotional purposes, based on the agreed prices. During the initial period, a limited free trial period of 14 days may be provided under the YouTube channel of Solukus.com. After the trial period, the Customer shall have the option to cancel or select and purchase an advertising package from the website, which will be governed by the terms set forth in this agreement. If the Customer does not proceed to purchase an advertising package after the trial period, their advertising content will no longer be available on Solukus.com's public YouTube channel, and the customer will not be under any payment obligation. Hence, upon the expiry of the trial period, the agreement will terminate without any further financial commitment from the customer.

13. Attribution

13.1 Both parties agree to provide proper attribution in writing for the content featured on the website, as the Customer may require, within a reasonable timeframe.

14. By advertising with Solukus.com, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth in this Advertising section.

16. Solukus.com agrees to this agreement, and by purchasing any product from Solukus.com for the purpose of advertising or promoting a product, the representative, individual, and/or the company acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth in this Advertising section. This agreement will take effect immediately upon payment, and both parties acknowledge their complete agreement with its terms.
